Coolant cleaning systems
Coolant cleaning systems achieve a thorough separation of particles from liquids.
The wear of machine tools and their maintenance are reduced. The surface quality and the dimensional stability of the work pieces are significantly improved and the service life of the grit coolants is multiplied.
Gravitiy band filters
Gravity band filters for the automatic cleaning of low-viscosity liquids like coolant emulsions, cutting oil, washing liquid etc.
Flow rates up to 500 l/min in gradations of 50-100 l/min, nominal filter unit 10-30 µ depending on the filter fleece quality and the structure of the filter cake.
At high contamination levels a Magnetic separator can be connected upstream.
Round bed filter
Round bed filter in compact design for cleaning of low-viscosity liquids like coolant emulsions, cutting oil, washing liquid etc.
Flow rates up to 1100 l/min, nominal filter unit 10-50 µ depending on the filter fleece quality and the structure of the filter cake.

Flow rates up to 1500 l/min, nominal filter unit 50-80µ.
Backwashing filters
Backwash filters of the series RFH are automatic fine filters for the cleaning of media with a special contamination levels < 1 g/l. Regeneration of the filter cloth is achieved through automatic backwash without external medium. A nominal filter fineness of about 30 µ is achieved with the standard filter cloth.
Flow rates up to 400 l/min.
The flow rate can be multiplied by connecting several backwashing filters in parallel
Magnetic separators
Magnetic separator for the automatic separation of ferromagnetic particles from liquids.
Flow rates up to 1560 l/min.
Magnetic separator conveyors
The patented separation principle of the BÄR + Co. magnetic separator conveyor makes an efficient separation of ferromagnetic particles from liquids possible and prevents accumulation of mud in the tank.

Hydrocyclone systems
Hydro-cyclone systems for the separation of especially heavy particles (> 2 g/cm3) from low-viscosity liquids like coolant emulsions etc.
Flow rate per cyclone 20 - 600 l/min, separation size about 6µ - 20µ.
The flow rate can be increased several times by parallel connection of several cyclones. The separation size refers to ball shape and a specific weight of > 2 g/cm3 of the particles.
Oil suction units
Oil suction units increase the service lives of the coolant emulsion improve the cleaning effect of part washing systems and optimise the efficiency level of emulsion separation systems through the suction of re-floating foreign oils.

Oil band skimmer
